Return & Refund Policy

At Weavehood, we take quality seriously. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it—within reasonable limits.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original hangtags must be intact and not removed
  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • No stains, odour, damage, or alterations

If hangtags are removed → NO return or exchange. No exceptions.

 

Items Not Eligible

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Products with removed or damaged hangtags
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Innerwear, socks, accessories (if applicable)
  • Products purchased during sale / clearance / discount events (unless defective)
  • Orders placed using store credit or gift cards

 

Return Reasons Accepted

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong item shipped

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must share unboxing photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will replace it within 6 working days
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will issue store credit

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

 

Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Weavehood, where serviceable
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product
  • In case of non-defective returns, reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

 

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that fail quality checks
  • Block customers with repeated return abuse
  • Refuse service without prior notice in cases of misuse
